Average life 500 hours.  Manufactured by Miniatronics corp.

Wiring two 1.5 Volt lamps in parallel is not recommended. When one lamp burns out, the other lamp immediately becomes bright and burns out shortly after.

When using 1.5 Volt lamps the voltage must be reduced. The most common method is the use of an inexpensive resistor.
